Unlimited Body Flexibility
Contortion is a good fit for your child if you want them to:
✅ Be flexible AND strong
✅ Stretch in a healthy way
✅ Learn how to breathe and relax
✅ Actually enjoy stretching
✅ Be fit for their whole life
Contortion is NOT a good fit for your child if you want them to:
❌ Get some medals and finish their career & fitness at 16 years old
❌ Get pushed to stretch
❌ Learn high-impact tricks that look cool but cause injuries
We teach kids Dance
We're teaching a mix of dance styles to create amazing routines and bring them on stage. We use hip-hop, popping, locking, dubstep dance, contemporary and other dance styles
We don't create routines for medals. We create routines to deliver the most amazing and fun performance experience for our students. Teamwork, confidence and unique skills.
